When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouses in various part of the world, Mainly in China, United States, United Kingdom, Canada or New Zealand. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.
We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.
How Does Shipping Work?

Because we ship directly from our partners in these countries, your item may take 15-30 days to arrive. Most of the time, item will arrive way before that time. Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it's on its way.
Due to current ongoing crisis, We do not do international shipping temporarily. We are currently shipping only to USA via USPS. We are working on enabling international shipping and once everything is sorted, We will start Shipping outside of USA. We regret the inconvenience.
What Does Shipping Cost You?
Shipping costs depend on order weight and destination. They will be calculated during check out. Unless your cart exceeds the amount of $50! Then you'll get your order right on your doorstep for free! If you have a discount code applied and your cart goes below $50, shipping charges are applied accordingly.
Will I be charged with customs and taxes?
The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order.
Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, and are determined by your local customs office.
Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
In the unlikely event, your items won't arrive at your door, check the following things:
1) Call your post-office and ask them about your package.
2) Has one of your family members/Roommate picked up your item?
2) Is there a similar address nearby, where it could have been mistakenly delivered to?
